Key Lime Pie Ice Cream

Inspiration

Key lime Pie is light, fluffy, and refreshing! For this ice cream, we wanted to recreate that texture and flavor profile so we used homemade whipped cream combined with the deliciousness of Crema Lusso to create a zesty, light, and fluffy ice cream that reflects the consistency and vibrancy of key lime pie–but in ice cream! For extra fun we even added some Key Lime Pie KitKats!

Ingredients

  • 1/4 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream

  • 2 Tbsps Sugar

  • 2 Tbsps Lime Juice

  • 1 Cup Crema Lusso

  • 1 Key Lime Pie KitKat Bar
