Homemade Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies

Crema Lusso

16 ounces

Milk Chocolate Chips

1 tbsp, or to taste

Pour Crema Lusso into ice cream or gelato machine and churn according to manufacturer’s instructions. Once churned, line a cookie sheet with wax paper. Using a wide spatula, carefully spread a 2-inch layer of ice cream/gelato over the wax paper. Freeze overnight.

Dip a biscuit cutter or a stainless steel round mold into warm water, and cut out ice cream molds for each cookie sandwich. Assemble the sandwiches. Place in the freezer for 15 minutes before serving.
