Ice Cream Shakerato
Raspberry Dark Chocolate Ice Cream
Ingredients
1 cup Frozen Raspberries
1 cup Crema Lusso
2 Tbsp Sugar
2 Tbsps Dark Chocolate Chunks
Instructions
Add one cup of Crema Lusso to a jar.
In a microwave safe bowl defrost the raspberries for about a minute in the microwave, until soft.
Use a fork to mash the raspberries to bring out the juice.
Add the raspberries to the jar, add in the sugar.
Put the lid on the jar and shake it for about 30 seconds to combine the ingredients.
Then add in the dark chocolate chunks and use a spoon to stir them in.
Place the jar in the freezer and freeze for 3-4 hours, stirring every hour until frozen, to keep the chocolate from setting to the bottom.
