Crema Lusso Chocolate Sauce (see Italian Hot Cocoa recipe)

6 ounces, warmed


Pour Crema Lusso into gelato machine and churn according to manufacturer’s instructions. Once churned, using a gelato spatula, stuff each bignè with a generous scoop of gelato. Top with a drizzle of warm Crema Lusso Chocolate sauce. Makes 12.
