Bourbon Street and Bitters Gelato Cocktail

INGREDIENTS

  • Crema Lusso vanilla gelato - 2 scoops

  • Angostura bitters - generous dash

  • Bourbon - 2 oz.

  • Ginger beer - splash

  • Orange zest 

  • Smyrna fig


INSTRUCTIONS

 

Begin with vanilla gelato!

In a large mixing bowl, whip 2 cartons of Crema Lusso with a hand mixer on medium speed for about 2 minutes. Pour into a chilled 9x5x3 metal loaf pan. Cover and freeze for 3 hours or until solid and scoopable. 

Next comes bourbon!

In a chilled 4 oz. pilsner glass, place two scoops of gelato and top with Angostura. Pour over your favorite bourbon and top off with ginger beer. Garnish with orange zest and a Smyrna fig. Cin cin!
