½ cup

Coffee Porter Beer, room temp


2 tbsp

Dry Marsala Wine, divided


2 tsp

Pure Vanilla Extract


Crema Lusso, chilled

2 cups

Cocoa Powder


Instant Coffee, finely ground

½ oz 


INSTRUCTIONS:

To prepare soaking mixture:

Blend together coffee porter and 2 tablespoons of the marsala wine in a wide bowl.

 

To prepare Crema Lusso whipped foam:

Combine Crema Lusso and vanilla extract, place mixture into hand-held whipped cream dispenser and chill well in the freezer for approx. 10 minutes.

 

To prepare coffee-cocoa dusting:

Whisk together cocoa and instant coffee in a small bowl and place mixture into a multi-purpose shaker.

 

Assembly:

Break the ladyfingers in half. Dip a couple pieces very quickly into the soaking mixture, and place into the bottom of each dessert cup. Dispense whipped Crema Lusso foam to cover the lady fingers. Repeat, layering ingredients until cup is filled. Dust the cups with the cocoa-coffee mixture over top serve immediately.
