Pumpkin ‘Tartine’

Pumpkin Puree

15 ounce can


Crema Lusso

12 ounces


White Sugar

3⁄4 cup sugar


Cinnamon

1 tsp


Ground Cloves

1⁄4 tsp


Ground Ginger

1⁄2 tsp


Salt

1⁄2 salt


Eggs

Mix pumpkin puree, Crema Lusso, sugar and eggs thoroughly. In a separate bowl, blend all other ingredients thoroughly and then combine.

Prepare pie crust recipe of choice. Roll out dough and cut 4-inch circles. Place in muffin tins and pierce the bottoms of crust with a fork. Pour mixture to the top of tin. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove, cool and enjoy.
