Brioche Bread Pudding with Bourbon Sauce
Unsalted Butter
2 tbsp, melted
Crema Lusso
24 ounces
Pure Vanilla Extract
1 tsp
Powdered Sugar
1⁄4 cup
Kosher Salt

Large Eggs

Brioche Buns
2-2 1⁄2 cups, cubed
Bourbon Whiskey
2 tbsp, to taste
Pure Vanilla Extract
1⁄2 tsp, to taste
To prepare bread pudding: Butter an 8x8 baking dish.
In a medium bowl whisk together 16 ounces of Crema Lusso, melted butter, vanilla, sugar and salt. Whisk in eggs to combine. Add bread and toss to coat. Transfer to the prepared dish and let sit for 30 minutes.
To prepare bourbon sauce:
Mix 8 ounces of Crema Lusso with bourbon and vanilla to taste and set aside.
Bake in a 350-degree oven for 30-40 minutes until custard is set and edges have browned. Serve drizzled with warm bourbon sauce.
